Returns & Refunds policy

All cookies are freshly baked to order, so we’re unable to accept returns. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we also do not offer refunds. However, if you receive the wrong item, we will provide either a credit note or a replacement of equal value. If there's an issue with the quality or condition of your cookies upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We are unable to accept any complaints submitted after this timeframe.

If your order arrives damaged during delivery, it's important that you send us clear photos showing both the product and its packaging. This evidence is required for us to investigate and resolve the issue.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any merchandise that does not meet the above refund conditions at our sole discretion.
